New Homes Sales Negotiator (part time)

We are looking to appoint a target driven and self motivated individual for the position of New Homes Sales Negotiator to be based on site at a high end housing development within Berwick upon Tweed.

This is a challenging market, so we are seeking a candidate who is prepared to go the extra mile. The ideal person should have a passion for property, be well presented, professional, confident and willing to work weekends.

Previous New Homes/Estate Agency experience would be advantageous but we will look at candidates who have experience within a sales environment.

Hours of work are Saturday & Sunday 11am-4pm.
