BUILDING SURVEYOR - SCOTTISH BORDERS.
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced, commercially orientated Building Surveyor to lead the team in our busy Building Department in Galashiels.
This is a position of responsibility which involves a wide range of interesting, often technically challenging, work in both the urban and rural environments. Our work is diverse and covers the full range from specification to project management of residential new build and extensions, conversion of traditional buildings and development of building plots, industrial and agricultural buildings, provision of servicing and other aspects - as well as building surveys, condition reports and a range of associated professional work.
The position is permanent and offers scope for advancement with rewards based on results.
