An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Administrator/ Secretary to join our Windermere office to support our Chartered Surveyors on a full time, permanent basis. The role is varied and the successful candidate will need to be flexible.


Typical responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Property Manager

• Audio dictation/copy typing/report writing

• Raising invoices

• Covering the reception department

• Managing Diaries

• Maintaining databases

• Ad-hoc secretarial and administration responsibilities


The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

• Strong proficiency in Word and Excel

• Working knowledge of SAGE would be advantageous

• Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy

• Be a team player and prepared to assist within other areas of the

office where required

• Driving Licence Essential
