27 Channel Street is situated in a prime trading position to the centre of Channel Street, the principal retail area serving Galashiels and the Scottish Borders.

Galashiels, with a population of approximately 14,000 is one of the main towns in the Scottish Borders and is generally considered to be one of the principal administrative, retail and social centres for the region, effectively serving a population of in excess of 110,000.  The town also benefits from a significant student population with campuses of “ Heriot Watt University” and “Borders College” within the town.
