Caroline Thompson BSc FRICS

034-Caroline-Thompson.jpg

A granddaughter of Edwin Thompson, Caroline qualified as a rural practitioner in 1980 whilst working for a national firm of surveyors before joining the Keswick office in 1983, although she does say that she has worked her way through the ranks since the age of about 11, when she made the coffee, did the filing and answered the telephone!

She has a good working knowledge and understanding of the property market and whilst she deals with a wide range of property matters she now specialises in property and estate management as well as residential lettings. Perhaps more importantly, Caroline brings her strong communication and people skills to any transaction, listens to clients’ requirements and has a sensible and realistic approach to problems, with a keen eye for detail. Caroline is also a RICS Registered Valuer.

Born and bred in the Lake District, Caroline is a keen sportswoman, a former British and English fell running champion, a trained Cordon Bleu cook, and enjoys the theatre and cinema, her dogs and garden.
