The scheme is for sub division of an existing single storey property to create three guest bedrooms and a suite for the property owner. This project was aimed at capitalising on the tourism market that Lindisfarne attracts, giving the client a rare opportunity to live and work in this stunning location.
The development saw the complete renovation of the property which included large increases in thermal efficiency and the installation of efficient water/spatial heating systems.
The project is located in the Northumberland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) and therefore close collaboration with the Local Authority Consultees was required throughout the works.
