LOCATION

The land is situated to the east of Wigton in the Allerdale District just a short distance away from the A596 and A595, in the county of Cumbria. The town of Wigton is located just a short distance away to the west of the land and the City of Carlisle is some 10 miles to the North-East. DIRECTIONS

From junction 44 of the M6 take the A689 west and follow for 5.4 miles. At the roundabout take the third exit onto the A595 and follow for 7.4 miles. Before Wigton take the left hand turn onto the B5302 and after 0.1 miles the property will be on your left-hand side. The property benefits from two entrances from the public highway.
