Christopher Reeve

Chris has in-depth experience of building and architectural design having worked in the field for over 40 years. He has experience of most aspects of construction from site surveying through design, planning, grant application where appropriate, tendering and onto completion.

Before entering private practice 30 years ago Chris worked on several local authority and government building projects including spending 3 years in the Isle of Man as the Architectural Technician on the Peel Queen Elizabeth II Secondary School. Since working in private practice Chris has been involved in many private and social housing projects, commercial and industrial developments, both in new construction and conversions of existing buildings.

His attention to detail and eye for strong design are complemented by his practical approach and ability to interpret the client’s requirements accurately.

Chris’s hobbies are painting and music but these have been put on hold for a few years whilst he carries out a self-build construction of a new house for his own family.
